We currently offer a variety of residential care settings for people with an Acquired Brain Injury within the company, and are developing these homes to meet demand for our specialist services. Spread across the South of England, ILG seek to offer homely and nurturing environments where peoples skills can be developed whilst offering a high standard to care, dignity, privacy, safety and security to all within the home.

Our dedicated multidisciplinary team complete a range of comprehensive assessments to ensure individuals needs, aspirations and goals can be discussed and person centred planning implemented. These assessments include challenging behaviour, self injurious behaviour, absconding, future pathways and detailed functional analysis of the individual. This ongoing process develops at the individuals pace, ensuring a clear care pathway can be offered with flexibility to react to changes in people’s circumstance.

Our aim is to safeguard independence whilst encouraging full community participation in a structured and realistic way to enable individual’s to live the life they want. We welcome input from families, friends and advocacy services to ensure personal relationships are strengthened and community links are maintained.

Giving individuals the tools they need to develop skills is a key to our success. We tailor care packages to meet the demands of life, whilst offering fun and rewarding activities to enrich people’s lives, encouraging personal development and to take ownership of their present and future. Slow stream rehabilitation is designed to maximise individual’s potential, through a consistent approach our team help people to realise their dreams and come to terms with the challenges life offers.

The Hadlows:

The Hadlows is a specialist vocational rehabilitation / maintenance support service, situated in Tonbridge in Kent. The home has had success in rehabilitating individuals with an Acquired Brain Injury to regain their independence and move into the community. Outreach support is given to individuals ensuring the continuation of care and that their individual needs are met. The home is close to the town centre, is only a 45 minute commute to London and has a strong, positive local support network.
