ILG can provide you with this support and ensure that you have the opportunities and lifestyle you want. The ILG Domiciliary CareTeam can provide you with flexible support and assistance in:
- Accessing your local community and the activities that you wish to pursue
- Claiming welfare benefits
- Budgeting
- Managing your home / tenancy
- Domestic duties such as food shopping, laundry tasks and helping you maintain your tenancy
- Keeping healthy and safe
- Health related needs and attending doctors/hospital appointments
- Organising maintenance and repair work for your home
- Building relationships with your neighbours
We can provide support up to 24 hours a day, including night time support if appropriate, and will assist with all required needs including personal care. Our community support teams offer registered Domiciliary support and the teams work together with you towards meeting your life goals.
